That poor lady sitting,looking out the window ... so lonely,so depressed.

Maybe I  should go talk to her ¨hello,¨,silence fills the air.

She turns around with a soul frighten steer.

I walk off scared but curious.

how energy is transferd matter between states of matter

matter needs energy to change states.this energy is usally in the form of heat.
Heat can change air molecues and heat can burst items for a example take a basketball,
the heat can make  the air molecues face around and burst the ball.

The rain banged on the roof trapping us in the shop. My mum got out her umbrella as we made our first step into the poring rain. Just as I thought her umbrella did not work. The wind was pushing the rain making it not go on top of the umbrella but on the side of the umbrella, we got soaked. It was like water guns shooting left right and centre. We got to the car shivering . We arrive back home but now we're stuck in the car.

I am a self regulated learner .I need to work on perseverance . Because when it gets hard i sometimes quit . I think I can try my

best and instead I will ask a teacher for help or student for help. I won't just quit when it gets

hard. So I think I should work with a buddy or a teacher that I know that can help me, not distract me.
